Day 1

Chest & Back. Wow, it was intense.

One hour of almost nonstop pushups and pullups of varying flavors. I can see how people get results when you work out like this.

We began by eating just a little. A thin slice of bread, and a cup of V8 fruit/veggie drink. Apparently, having carbs present in your body during a workout lets them do the repair work to the muscles, preserving your protein for muscle growth. Who knew?
